Anastasia Supernova is an international Bachata artist, performer, and educator known for her powerful stage presence, dramatic style, and deep understanding of body mechanics and musical expression.
With a strong professional dance background, Anastasia has developed her own teaching approach — the Supernova Method — which focuses on body awareness, emotional connection to music, and the development of authentic feminine movement for followers.
Rather than simply teaching steps, Anastasia helps dancers understand how movement travels through the body, how to connect technique with emotion, and how to build a magnetic presence on the dance floor.
She is also the founder of Supernova World, an online community where followers from around the world train in styling, technique, musicality, and embodiment.

What is Rueda? Rueda de Casino Salsa is a lively, fast-paced style of Salsa that originated in Havana, Cuba. The calling of steps in a round, along with constant partner swapping, creates a team atmosphere often resulting in big smiles and contagious laughter. So much fun!

Our community is an eclectic, all-ages group of dancers who love to move our bodies and connect to others through music. This class focuses on body movement, musicality, and expressive movement — a beautiful complement to your regular partnerwork classes.
About Your Instructor:
Anastasia Supernova is an international Bachata artist, performer, and educator known for her powerful stage presence, dramatic style, and deep understanding of body mechanics and musical expression.
With a strong professional dance background, Anastasia has developed her own teaching approach — the Supernova Method — which focuses on body awareness, emotional connection to music, and the development of authentic feminine movement for followers.
Rather than simply teaching steps, Anastasia helps dancers understand how movement travels through the body, how to connect technique with emotion, and how to build a magnetic presence on the dance floor.
She is also the founder of Supernova World, an online community where followers from around the world train in styling, technique, musicality, and embodiment.
Anastasia’s mission is to inspire dancers to move beyond choreography and discover their own artistic voice through dance.

7:30PM — We kick things off with an all-levels Bachata Dance Class taught by local dance instructors Joanie and Stephen. No partner or previous experience necessary. Newbies: Come learn the basics so you are ready to hit the dance floor after class. More experienced dancers: There’ll be some fun options mixed in for you as well!
8:15PM — DJ Teevie drops the hottest Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia y más! Everything from the classics to the newest hits. Romeo Santos, Prince Royce, Marc Anthony, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Juan Formel, Los Ángeles Azules, La Sonora Dinomita… hasta Bad Bunny! ¡Vámonos!

What is Rueda? Rueda de Casino Salsa is a lively, fast-paced style of Salsa that originated in Havana, Cuba. The calling of steps in a round, along with constant partner swapping, creates a team atmosphere often resulting in big smiles and contagious laughter. So much fun!
Even if you think you have two left feet, but are still a bit curious, come try it out! Our community is an eclectic, all-ages group of dancers who love to move our bodies and connect to others through music. This class promises to be supportive and patient to all who want to get their groove on! No partner required!
Level 1 - For beginners and anyone who wants to improve their understanding of basic cuban salsa!
Level 2 - For more experienced salsa dancers. To join this group you must have a solid basic step, basic turns, cross-body lead, and grasp of salsa timing.
