Dearest volunteers - Thank you so much for helping make this weekend possible!
Below are a few important guidelines for you to help your shifts run smoothly.
General Guidelines
Please greet attendees with big smiles and warm welcomes when they approach the check-in table.
Make sure all required fields on the registration spreadsheet are completed when checking people in.
If someone pays via Venmo, verify the payment has been successfully sent by checking their phone. (Often people think they paid but haven’t tapped the final send button.)
The money bag and laptops must never be left unattended.
Sat/Sun only:
If someone purchases a Morning-Only pass at the door, please make sure they do not stay for afternoon workshops without upgrading their pass.
Setup & Cleanup
Friday: Please arrive by 6:00 PM for setup and a brief volunteer meeting with Liz
If possible, please help with quick cleanup after socials on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Throughout the weekend, if you notice anything that needs attention, organizing, or light cleaning, please feel free to jump in and help as needed — many small things handled quickly make a big difference

Check-In During Socials
There are usually two volunteers scheduled at check-in during socials. This helps:
Ensure computers and money are never left unattended
Give you company at the table - yay!
Allow you to trade short breaks (bathroom or dancing!) if things are slow
Friday/Saturday Social Notes
The schedule lists the social ending at 11:30 PM, but it will actually run until 12:30 AM
Please let late arrivals know this!
Discounted entry after 11:00 PM: Starting at 11:00 PM, social price drops to 50% off ($10)
Sunday Social Notes
The schedule lists 11:30 PM, but the social will actually run until 12:00 AM - Please inform late arrivals!
Discounted entry after 10:30 PM: Starting at 10:30 PM, social price drops to 50% off ($10)
